Engineer
Full time position(s) for engineers. Aerospace, mechanical and electrical preferred, but willing to consider civil, chemical, industrial and other engineering disciplines. Work tasks will be extremely varied and requires flexibility and versatility in the engineering field. Examples of type of work to possibly be performed includes project planning for facilities and aerospace support equipment to be modified for the new NASA Orbital Space Plane program at Kennedy Space Center; designing and performing failure mode and effects analyses on both ground and flight hardware; performing facility condition assessments and reliability centered maintenance (RCM) of mechanical and electrical equipment used in support of buildings; performing detailed cost analyses and material take-offs of a variety of building types throughout Florida; and performing design and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment for ongoing company projects to develop a hydraulic fluid filtration system for US Navy submarines and designing a command and data handling bus for nano-satellites. Job duties will include performing engineering work through the life cycle of equipment from design development, to manufacturing, installation and maintenance. Work will entail performing in-field walk-downs of equipment/facilities, analyzing systems and components, preparing design concepts sketches and drawings, compiling data and writing technical narrative reports. In addition, assigned work tasks will be diversified and require successful candidates to "think outside the box". Significant work will be in the Space Coast Area of Florida with other travel as needed within the US. Candidates required to have US citizenship.
Facility Engineer
Full time position(s) for facility engineers specializing in facility condition assessments of electrical, mechanical, and civil/architectural aspects of buildings and their components. Job duties will include performing in-field walk-downs of facilities and their systems to determine maintenance needs, compiling deficiency data into narrative reports, developing preventive maintenance instructions for facilities and their components, and developing improved maintenance strategies to increase client performance. In addition, assigned work tasks will be diversified and require successful candidates to "think outside the box". Significant work will be in the Space Coast Area of Florida with other travel throughout the State.

Environmental Engineer
Full time position(s) for environmental engineers specializing in industrial environmental compliance and permitting. Job duties include implementing multi-media (air resources; water; wastewater; solid, industrial and hazardous wastes, stormwater; etc.) compliance programs for industrial operations, developing and obtaining applicable permits, performing in-field environmental compliance reviews/audits, consolidating product usage data and preparing regulatory compliance reports, and performing contamination assessments and remedial actions.
Skills required - professional ethics, strong work ethic (desire to work hard), self-motivation, strong computer skills, effective verbal communication skills and writing ability, technical ability/performance, and team player attitude. Position(s) open for student interns, recently graduated junior personnel up through registered professional engineers. Minimum of junior year of college towards a BS Engineering with environmental emphasis by education or work experience or BS/BA Environmental Science desired as minimum qualifications.
Successful candidates will include:
- Highly motivated individuals;
- Those with a minimum AS or AA degree with facility or environmental engineering background or desire to learn and achieve success;
- College students pursuing BS/BA degrees that have less than 2 years remaining to complete their degree and can commit 20-30 hours per week;
- Individuals with BS Engineering degrees or above that desire to achieve success with a small, but growing company.
